Return Policy

RETURNS FOR APPAREL WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Original form of payment will NOT be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.   

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  • Returns received after 14 days OR without approval via an official return request form will not be issued store credit.

  • Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item’s CURRENT purchase price only.

  • All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

  • The acceptance of any and all returns are subject to company’s discretion.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please email us at theleopardladyboutique@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery. If a replacement item is available, we will reserve it for you until we receive your original item. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.

Please make sure your item(s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.
We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
Any returns sent after this period will be denied.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted.
